Product Description

The HX Series Commutator Curing Oven developed by our company incorporates advanced technologies such as high-volume forced air circulation, integrated air duct design, and a dual air-supply circulation system. It offers rapid heating, excellent thermal insulation, and uniform temperature distribution within the chamber, ensuring consistent performance and no color variation after curing.

This series is equipped with a floor-mounted material trolley, an intelligent temperature controller, and solid-state relays (SSR) for power regulation as standard. Optional configurations include a printer, temperature recorder, and DCS (Distributed Control System) for centralized process control.
