Features

1. Excellent temperature uniformity: under full-load conditions at 100 °C, the temperature deviation within the chamber is controlled within ±3 °C;

2. Superior thermal insulation: the external surface temperature of the oven (except specific areas) is maintained within ambient temperature +15 °C, effectively reducing energy consumption;

3. Compact structure and optimized layout, resulting in a small footprint and reduced heat loss area;

4. Equipped with a self-propelled electric transfer trolley, allowing easy loading and unloading of workpieces and convenient operation;

5. Double sealing between the trolley and the oven body minimizes heat loss and ensures a low-temperature environment for the trolley drive system;

6. Adjustable air outlet deflectors are installed in the air duct to regulate airflow direction and optimize heat distribution for more uniform heating of workpieces;
