The HB series transformer and reactor curing oven is a specialized thermal processing equipment independently developed based on curing oven principles and extensive experience in the transformer industry.
It features excellent temperature uniformity and superior thermal insulation performance, and is widely used in the transformer industry.
The equipment is suitable for:

Curing of dry-type transformer coils after epoxy casting, vacuum varnish impregnation (VPI), and winding
Preheating or pre-drying of molds and coils
Drying of oil-immersed transformer core and winding assemblies

Features

1. Dual over-temperature protection systems ensure safe and reliable operation.

2. Optimized hot air circulation design can be configured according to product loading conditions, ensuring uniform temperature distribution and improved curing/drying performance.

3. Advanced electrical control system equipped with programmable temperature controllers (with PID auto-tuning) and solid-state relay power regulation, enabling flexible setting of curing profiles for different processes, with easy operation and high reliability.

4. High-quality aluminum silicate fiber insulation with low thermal conductivity, combined with an optimized filling structure, ensures excellent thermal insulation performance.

5. Standard configuration includes: manual trolley, and rails inside and outside the oven.

6. Optional configurations include: automatic trolley, low-voltage internal lighting, observation window, temperature recorder, and computer-based distributed control system (DCS).
