The workpiece carrier features precise positioning, stable operation, and an optimized structural design, all of which have been granted national patents. The system adopts an optimized air circulation mode and enables continuous in-line segmented temperature control.

High Safety
· Low surface-load finned electric heating tubes are adopted, with a surface temperature below 350 °C, effectively eliminating risks of combustion and explosion;
· Forced ventilation ensures that the concentration of hazardous gases in the preheating and curing chambers remains within safe limits;
· Interlocking protection is implemented among the forced ventilation fan, circulating fan, and heating power supply.
Low Energy Consumption
· The lifting door of the heating chamber is well sealed to minimize heat loss;
· The external surface temperature rise is ≤ ambient temperature +15 °C.
Smooth Operation
· Mechanical positioning ensures high accuracy and reliability;
· A double-speed chain is used for load bearing, while a separate conveyor chain is used for transmission. The separation of load bearing and conveying is one of our patented technologies.
